John Lobb
John Lobb has always been and continues to be the quintessential artisan of men's bespoke footwear. The story of its founder, a Cornish farmer, never ceases to amaze. At the end of the 19th century, he arrived in London and quickly became the city's most famous artisan shoemaker. The Prince of Wales, and later Edward VIII, did not hesitate to visit his workshop and trust in his savoir-faire. Since then, he has gained international fame and has cared for the feet of businessmen, politicians, kings, princes, maharajas, aristocrats, and even figures of the seventh art like Hitchcock.
